Weightlifting has reshaped my body and transformed my life. It ignited my passion to become a personal trainer and support others on their fitness journeys. This path also led me to start competitive bodybuilding in 2003, and it has been an incredible experience ever since.

A Moment on Stage at 62

Age should not determine what we can or cannot achieve. I want to continue building and strengthening my body for years to come. My mission within the Body of Christ is to evangelize, educate, and empower others toward holistic well-being. My message of hope is never to give up and to remind everyone that it’s never too late.
